Thank you so much for the joyous memorial service for my dad. You captured so much of the nuance of a man who barely spoke for the past year. The service was more beautiful and meaningful than I had hoped.” —Tom

I am here to help—these
are some of the ways I can support you

  • Meeting with family, loved ones.

  • Coordinating with funeral home staff.

  • Visiting the ceremony site.

  • Drafting the layout of the service.

  • Drafting eulogy.

  • Facilitating the service - welcoming, introducing speakers, sharing eulogy, etc.

We will do it together

The beautiful thing about memorial services and funerals is that we all come together focused on what matters most—the people who make our lives complete. It’s my privilege to support you in the planning and conduct of a ceremony that celebrates the life and legacy of your loved one.

I discovered this poem in 1999 as I put together the memorial service for my dad. I’ve used it many times since, and refer to it often.

“To live in this world,

You must be able to do three things:

To love what is mortal;

To hold it against your bones, knowing your own life depends on it;

And, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go.”
